Bhutte Ke Bhajiye / Gluten-Free Corn Fritters

 Bhutte Ke Bhajiye or corn fritters is a delicious snack that is the epitome of a dish that is simultaneously soft and crispy. These are light and can be enjoyed as a snack or an appetizer.
You simply cannot have just one of these!




Ingredients
  • 4 medium size corns washed and peeled
  • 4 tbsp of rice flour
  • 4-6 green chillies per taste
  • small piece of ginger
  • 1 tsp of fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp of cumin powder/seeds
  • pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp of chopped coriander
  • oil for frying
  • 1 tsp of salt(adjust per taste)


Procedure


1. Take out the kernels of the corns



 2. Add them into a grinding jar along with green chillies and ginger


  


 3. Grind to a smooth paste



 4. Add all the spices along with salt.



 5. Finally add rice flour and chopped coriander.



6. Mix everything together nicely. 



 6. Fry on medium high heat until golden brown.




7. Ready to be served....enjoy just like that or with any chutney or sauce
