Eggless Nutella Swirl Muffins

I love muffins, any kind any type, amongst which Nutella muffins are my favorite. These are a little dense but still moist and tender with that swirl of Nutella which makes it extra special. One of the simplest to make and tastiest muffin around. I have these just enough sweet to have them with my morning cup of coffee. Have them warm to enjoy the gooey Nutella oozing out. Yumm! 😋

This is an easy to follow recipe with perfect results everytime.

Nutella is a sweetened hazelnut cocoa spread that is so magical on its own that you do not need to add extra flavorings to make it special.

Lets start making these delicious muffins!

Notes

  1. You can use more sugar for sweeter preference.
  2. Do not overmix the batter. Use cut and fold method.
  3. Make sure the oven is preheated before you mix the dry and wet ingredients.
  4. All the ingredients need to be at room temperature.
  5. While checking with a toothpick for doneness of muffins its ok if you see chocolate on the toothpick, there should be no batter on the toothpick.
  6. Fill the muffin tray halfway, they tend to rise.
  7. You can use a fork, knife or toothpick to make swirls.
  8. The more you push the Nutella in while making the swirl, the more depth of Nutella in the muffins you will get.
