Homemade Masala Cashews

I love nuts, all sorts of nuts, each and every kind. They are low maintenance, easy to store, packed with nutrients, naturally gluten free and roasting makes them even better.
Cashews have also been my favorite, they have a touch of natural sweetness and milky flavor which I absolutely love.
This recipe requires very few ingredients and has a spicy kick to it. Its quick, very easy to make, vegan, and paleo friendly.

Healthy and delicious snack for on-the go nibbling. Crunchy, addictive little bites of goodness.

You are going to love these roasted cashews!

Hope you all enjoy this delicious and quick recipe for homemade masala cashews as much I did. Happy Snacking!

Notes

1. I have used coconut oil for better flavor. Use any oil of your choice or Ghee.

2. Instead of using individual spices, you can use curry powder

3. You can also toast them with honey.
