Veg Hakka Noodles / Stir Fried noodles with vegetables

Veg Hakka Noodles is a popular Indo-Chinese dish of stir-fried noodles with vegetables and sauce.
It is very popular as a street food. These noodles are full of flavor and very satisfying. It can be a delicious weeknight dinner, and is enjoyed by people of all ages. Give these healthy noodles a go.

Ingredients
  • 1 fist Organic Durum Wheat Noodles ( Or any noodles of your choice )
  • 2 tbsp of Sesame Oil ( Or any vegetable oil )
  • 3-4 tbsp of Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder ( Or chilli oil )
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar ( optional )
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced capsicum
  • 1/2 cup cabbage
  • 1/4 cup carrot
  • Spring onion for garnish.
  •  2-3 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of sugar ( optional )







 Procedure

1. Take a fist of noodles and boil them for 8-9 minutes with some salt.






2. After the noodles are cooked, drain them and rinse with cold water. Keep them aside.
 


3.  Chop all the vegetables and get all the ingredients ready.




4. In a pan or wok heat 2 tbsp of oil



7. Add onion and garlic to the hot oil. Saute for a minute.






8. Add all the vegetables and saute for another minute.


 


9. Add chilli powder, salt, black pepper, soy sauce and vinegar along with the boiled noodles. Mix everything together.
 


10.  Finally garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
